Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-08-23

What you can expect from SmartLink, and what we expect from you. Plain language, and it means what it says.

Who we are

SmartLink is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS, GREECE], tax number [VAT / TAX NUMBER]. You can reach a person at support@alexincodeland.xyz.

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the law of the European Union where it applies. If a dispute cannot be settled between us, the courts of Greece have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement.

What the service does

SmartLink lets you build public link pages. You create one or more brands, each holding one or more pages, and each page holds the links, social icons and design you choose. Pages are served at an address on our domain, or on a domain you own and connect yourself.

You decide what goes on your pages. We host them and count how many people visit and what they click.

Your account

You need an account to use the service, and you must give a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for everything done through your account.

Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. We will send an email to the address on the account whenever the password or the email address changes, so you have a chance to notice.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you are using SmartLink on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Your content, and who owns it

Everything you upload or write stays yours. We claim no ownership of your pages, images, links or text.

You give us permission to store, copy and publicly serve that content, because that is literally what the service does — a page nobody can fetch is not a link page. That permission lasts as long as the content is on the service and ends when you delete it.

You confirm you have the right to use what you upload. If you put someone else's photograph or logo on your page, that is your responsibility, not ours.

What you may not do

Do not use SmartLink to publish or link to:

  • anything unlawful where you or your audience are
  • malware, phishing, or anything that deceives people about where a link goes
  • material that infringes someone else's copyright or trade mark
  • sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence against people
  • content that impersonates another person or business

Also do not

  • try to break, overload or probe the service, or get at other people's accounts
  • resell the service or run it on behalf of others as if it were your own
  • automate account creation, or manufacture false traffic to your pages

If you break the rules

We can take a page down, suspend an account, or close one, when something here has been broken. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first — most problems are misunderstandings.

Serious cases, particularly anything unlawful or anything that endangers other users, may be acted on immediately and without notice.

Plans and payment

There is a free plan and there are paid plans. What each includes is shown on the pricing page, and that page is generated from the same records the service enforces, so it cannot advertise something different from what you get.

Paid plans renew automatically — monthly or annually, whichever you chose — until you cancel. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

We can change prices. An existing subscription keeps its price until it is changed deliberately, and we will give you notice before any change affects what you pay.

Cancelling and refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.

Custom domains

You can point a domain you own at your pages. You are responsible for owning it, for its registration and renewal, and for the DNS records you create.

We ask you to publish a verification record so that nobody can claim a domain that is not theirs. If you stop pointing a domain at us, or disconnect it, your pages remain available at their address on our domain.

Uptime, and what we do not promise

We work to keep the service up and your pages fast, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. We depend on other providers, and so do they.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost audience, or indirect losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem.

None of this limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. Deleting removes your brands, pages, links, uploaded files and analytics, and cancels any paid subscription. It cannot be undone.

A released brand handle is held for 30 days before anyone else can take it, so nobody can snatch your name the moment you delete it. You can take your own handle back within that window.

We can close an account that has broken these terms, or stop offering the service entirely, giving reasonable notice and a refund of anything paid for time not used.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you — anything affecting price, your rights, or what you may do — we will email the address on your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
